why do some people want to say they met someone at a party or whatever excuse instead of just telling people thy met online???

meeting people online has creepy factor to it.i dont do bars or club so this is a good place for people meet .especialy at my age.

Becasue there are still so many people who belive meeting online is risky! I for one would much rather meet somebody online then in a bar

well i for one have no problem telling anyone that i meet someone on line, now the problem is getting someone to meet me so i can brag.

They are ashamed in some way... they are caring what others think about them when they should just worry about themselves... I say if your doing something you can be open about to everyone you shouldn't be doing it period... they aren't being real with themselves...

and thats why i dont do bars,but you could meet creepy people here too.i met this chick she was great on the 1st date .2nd time i seen her she was drunk(trashed)sex was great,she tells me afterwards she is in AA and she was 9 months she was ashamed of herself.didnt see her again but she called me a week later ,she was drunk again and smoking crack.she is 30 years old, no kids, super hot

Hey, if you can find a mutual love, I don't think it matters where or how. Well, can't say that... I'd have issues if I met someone at some place sleazy, although, since I don't hang out in sleazy places, it's not REALLY an issue!!!
