Every day we hear about a new murder victim. Most of the time the Murderer just serves time. If there is NO reasonable doubt, should the Murderer be put to Death? I know people are affraid of this kind of topic, but, these things are happening close to home. I say YES

Define 'No reasonable doubt'. The definition the courts use does not always work.

it's kinda hard to say this,,,,,but i feel like certin people should be put to death,,,,,,,,,there is no futuer for them an it only cost 1 mil a year to house them,,,,,,,,so take that al in i would say yes,,,,,,an to go a little futher,,,,,certin rapest should be punished harder also,,,,,child pedddifiles,,,,,,there all sick

I'm going to have to say no. Inmates on death row cost so much more than inmates in general population. In seven or eight years, they cost more than an inmate incarcerated from age eighteen until his death of natural causes.

There are too many innocent people who get sent to prison for me to feel comfortable with the death penalty.

YES. people who murder children really gets me the most, it would be my pleasure to assist. What an odd thing to say from someone who said she didn't have any beliefs worth killing or dying for... in another thread, less then an hour ago.

I say YES personally the lethal injection is way to kind to let the ******die, hang em, or shoot em. you murder someone, they deserve the same back but worse. they give the lethal injection to innocent people for euthansia, why let a murderer die peacefully like a innocent soul dieing of cancer etc.

If the murderer is convicted and sentenced accordingly, the sentence should be carried out. Otherwise, no. We're a society of law and at war with several societies and people that don't respect the law.
