Well you could blame it on the idiots from Jacka$$ but they have a disclaimer on all of their shows that say DO NOT ATTEMPT ect. So you cant sue. So I'd say it was the idiot who tried to do what the idiots from Jacka$$ did.

they always post warnings.. kids are stupid if they try it but kids also think that they can never really get hurt... I personally think the networks should be responsible for playing it but really it's not a cut and dry call...
