You say all this happened LAST NIGHT?..I'm from Birmingham,Alabama and I have been in the hospital more times than I care to remember and they have always kept me AT LEAST 2wks..before releasing me..What hospital did you go to so I know to NEVER go there..It's insane to release someone THAT quick after an injury like that.

You are right you shouldn't have hit him first, but he went way beyond a smack!! Press charges...what he did to you is not okay!

I know Rose..but I haven't had anything even remotely like that happen to me and they kept me..I don't ever plan on going to a hospital again But if I gotta go..it ain't gonna be that one.

 boy oh boy i can,t believe i still love him after last night. sit down if you got a few. we went drinking last night my old man and me. when we got into the car and left. he informed me, i was attacking like a whore. a slapped him because i felt so disrespected. wrong move on my part got punched in the head 3 times dragged out of car hit 2 more times in face i rolled over to keep from getting hit in face agein.then i was punched in the ear and then my head was lifted and slamed into a rock. needed 6 surtures. he then stole money and car and left me bleeding in the booneys had to walk god only knows. till i found the cops. where are they when you need them.so why do i still love him? he doesnt love me, so why am i am i not wanting to press charges? any advice

Battery is battery no matter who is doing the hitting. Both should go to jail, however he needs to go to jail for a much longer sentence. He did go far beyond self defense and should go to jail. I say chalk it up to a lesson learned, get away and no more hitting of any kind. If he makes you mad enough to hit then you need to get away and find someone who does not do that.
bottom line Violence is Violence no matter who is doing it IT IS WRONG! |
