what in the hell is the deal with the cops takin chargers and making
them into squad cars? big hot shots, who the hell do they think they are. so..I guess that's where they take most of the drug money and hardly have anything to show as evidence because they already used it to get there **** houses and race cars. PIGS! |

well to be honest, they get those cars cuz there's so many idiots out
there that think they can out-run the cops. I've even had cops pull me over in my Mach 1 or Chevelle SS just to get a look under da hood. But it's a strategy, it's so they know what they might be up against if I'm being bad one day. When you consider how many tuned and torqued out cars there are on the road, the police NEED the performance. |

they get offered deals from automakers to let them supply squad cars to
them and the chargers are definitely better than the crown victoria. every now and then i can hear a turbo on a squad car lol. in the state of michigan they do have a few repoed cars for pursuit. alot of camaro's and corvettes and the DARE program in pontiac has a 69 camaro lol |

Most State Police post have some sports cars,and muscle cars now.Ive
seen vets,camaros,mustangs,chargers and roadrunners.Its for the chase but I do think partly for show too. |

other higher output vehicles that they may get into pursuits with. |

Cops get deals on cars because the automakers know it's good publicity
