Debbie.. I've noticed one thing amongst a few in your posts, I'd like to gently point out.

If our interaction goes like any other you have had on these subjects..We will talk round and round in so many inter-looped circles. For everything I say.. you will have something to counter. Introducing reasons and excuses as we go.

That is a process I am familiar with. A very common defense tactic.

because a lot of the milder meds your suggesting arnt liscensed in the uk. the meds im on at the moment are helping. i would like to know if anyone has found any homepathic treatments that help the anxiety, i can cope with the ocd.

Yes, it is called cognitive behavioral therapy. There is no swallowing involved, except maybe a little of pride.

That is the point.. There is no magic pill.. Homeopathic or otherwise.

I am not willing to suggest anything homeopathic. For concerns in regards to drug interaction, as well as an additional psychological dependency introduction.

You cannot possibly make me believe that there are not any mild non-narcotic sedatives available in the U.K.. I'm pretty sure I could find much evidence to the contrary, given a bit of time and effort.

Your only way to get better? Is to work with a licensed professional. If that is not a good enough answer? Then you aren't ready to be better yet.
