“As the Mind Wonders”

At times I wonder.
As I sit here and ponder.
Is there anything?
That life could bring.
That would make things better.
Is it something that could come in a letter?
Or would it be words that were said.
Or something I would see up ahead.
Do we ever really know?
How life will bestow.
Or what we will receive.
Should we not doubt and just believe?
Just to know that some day it seems.
That some how some day all of our dreams.
Will be just what we wanted.
And our nights will no longer be haunted.
Teasing us within our dreams of what we want.
No longer in our dreams would they taunt.
Instead reality would let us see.
How life can really be.
To hold those dreams we wanted so much.
Just to be able to reach out and touch.
What a feeling that would be.
Just to know in life it is really there to see.
Just sitting and wondering when it will come my way.
As I sit here and ponder over my thoughts this day.

I too asked those questions and pondered so damn
hard Well you know,,, Life is filled with so much
beauty our dreams take over us and we sit an ponder
who, why, when,, rest your heart and know It is close
Hmmmmmmmmmmm maybe womens intuition,,,,
