I agree to what you say and it sounds very logical to me. It is surely a possibility, yet you must understand when I start with Alien possibilities, many will object to the notion and call it a fantasy. That is why I said (for many this is a fantasy), meaning that they are not open to see other possibilities. I am open to other possibilities of how we exist.

According to Egyptians Enka a god who actually is just from another planet who had advanced technology and better genes for a longer life (the one who created through DNA the humans for slave labor) is the God everyone is worshipping today (Muslims, Jewish, Christians, etc.)and since his plans didn't work to bring back Gold needed for his planet he wanted to destroy the human race, yet Enlil the half brother made sure humanity still exists and is the very God that isn't getting any praise as he should at the time. Supposingly from the studies of hyoglephics both were from the planet of Nibirus and were half brothers. I could elaborate further from what a professor discovered on clay tablets, but this will already blow the mind by many many who find this all nothing more then a fantasy. lol

I must also add why they seeked Gold is because their atmosphere was losing oxygen and they needed to deflect the suns rays to maintain oxygen for the planet. Sounds crazy I know and maybe it is all just make believe, but why not? Of the billions of stars in this galaxy do you really think we are the only life forms and if not can you believe that perhaps there are more advanced civilizations with better technology?

Who knows right?

It has always been my theory that the reason Gold is so valuable on this earth is that it is valued by this other race and unless a thing is valued, it is not worth anything. It is not valuable because it is pretty or shinny. It has another value to someone else, and it always maintains that value. ALWAYS.

My own personal theory is that gold is easily formed into small parts for very technical advanced devices. A lot of gold is used inside of computers for very small parts. This race that values gold does not value it to make rings an jewelry with it. They value its use in their technology. I personally don't see how it would help deflect atmospheric rays of the sun, but it may play a part in the technology to do so. That's my own theory about why Gold is so valuable and remains so.

Perhaps if this planet survives we will find out in the future and come to the same level of intelligence that this ancient race has and supposingly and according to scientist believe that they landed on this planet.
We don't know as it remains a mystery, yet many scientists and archaelogists claim they have proof.
I would very much like to see these hyoglephics and clay tablets one day to see for myself. Of course there must be a way to see if these tablets or hyoglephics are the age they say they are otherwise it is nothing more then a hoax. Supposingly these clay tablets that this scientist claims is over 450,000 years old.

I will have to research more on this.

Repeat: The Koran was written at a time when many tribes (Muslims) were fighting each other. There were many civilizations who were attacking Muslim beliefs and even other Muslim beliefs that still fight each other. Look at the Sunnis and Shiites. I am no cleric in the word of the Koran, but I (THINK OR ASSUME) this part from the Koran was intended not for nonbelievers but for rivals in the land at the time. I am not sure, but I hope this answers your question.

Thanks Smiless I think this does explain the reasoning of the question.

The human race will probably not outlive these ancients on the physical planet earth. (I have my own thoughts on that too.) While they are very technically advanced, they do not have the human incite and emotions required to transcend to the next level of existence beyond physical density. (I am not speaking of "heaven" here either) but of other realities that cannot be seen because of their vibrational makeup. (Dark matter?) Who knows...

But they have lived in this galaxy a long long long time before humans and will be here a long long time after humans have gone.
But the human creation will not be lost. It was a very successful experiment. bigsmile Just a thought.

eew!

Gee, (Spider said the old testament was about the love and mercy of the Lord thy God!)

All I can say is: eww!

It is, but it's also about Justice and Righteousness. You have looked at one small corner of a mural and decided that you don't like it. Look at the whole thing and you will discover a masterpeice.

But the point is that most of these books- Bible, Quaran, Torah, etc.- have some really violent parts. And there have been some interesting studies that seem to indicate that people of many religions feel justified in getting violent if they think that the violence was sanctioned by their religion/religious doctrine.

e.g.: http://prometheusongebonde.wordpress.com/2007/03/07/peace-through-the-holy-books-no-way/

It's sad that the violence and judgements in these works seem to encourage violence and judging in their followers but it seems less frequently that the messages of peace and love from these works inspire peace and love in their followers...

Or maybe it just seems that way.

laugh Its because real life is occasionally violent and horrific and people feel justified noway DUHnoway

Wow. "DUH". Yes, you've really put me in my place. "DUH". Yep, I'm speechless.

I love the way people criticize other people for believing in something while they themselves believe in something that others would find just as ridiculous. Why can't people just let others have their opinions and beliefs instead of bashing everyone else's but their own?

Who cares if people believe in UFO's? Who cares if people believe in gods with 50 arms? Who cares if people believe in standing on one leg and preaching to a deaf audience? There are NUT JOBS in EVERY walk of life. Grow up already.

Can some Muslim or learned person, please, explain what this really means.
I am kinda disturbed by it, or it has a different meaning to it.

“I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them. This is because they acted adversely to Allah and his messenger” (Koran 8:12)

Just to let you all know, I am open minded and read religious books on all kinds of religion and I see some good in them and some bad. Mostly people mis interpret them to benefit themselves.
flowerforyou It means the same thing the other holy scriptures of the One True God saysflowerforyou
