First of all it MUST BE KRAFT Smoothy,
 and secondly .. its awesome 
3 PB on Brown bread, with 6 cookies and an apple for LUNCH every day .. BUT you must try it on Hotdogs, Steak just before removing from BBQ, fried egg sandwiches with a little ketchup, AND ???.... with a beer is best .. not red wine ..... yeehaw
