What Juniors do you think are comin out for the draft, and where do you
think they'll go?? Like Adrian Peterson, Calvin Johnson, Brady Quinn,
etc.

I want to see Adrian Peterson. I have been waiting long enough, LOL.

I doubt it if he'll make it that far, but I would like to see the 49ers
get Calvin Johnson. Then we could cut Antonio Bryants lame a**. He's
another T.O., just not as good.

Interesting QB that bounced up on the radar this season is Hawaii's Colt
Brennan, did anyone see him paste ASU in the Bowl game the other day? I
can see this guy possibly going 1 or 2 (to the Raiders or Lions). Heres
part of the story I read on the guy:

Brennan broke the NCAA single-season record for touchdown passes with
58, throwing five in the second half to lead Hawaii to a 41-24 victory
over Arizona State on Sunday night in the Hawaii Bowl.

Brennan, 33-of-42 for 559 yards, threw a 7-yard scoring pass to Ryan
Grice-Mullen on the Warriors' second series of the second half to break
the previous mark of 54 set by Houston's David Klingler in 1990, also
against the Sun Devils.

(this guy threw for 5,549 yards this season!!)

i don't think he'll go anywhere in the first round and the lions won't
take him at all. june jones runs a good offensive system in hawaii and
although i don't doubt that he is a good QB i think it has more to do
with the system. remember tim chang from a couple years ago. he set a
few records himself and i think he went in the 4th round or something.
if the lions take him at all with all the help they need at other
positions and the better options available with the first round pick
they are going to have i won't watch another lion game ever again.

Hey King, If the Lions feel they need a QB, you have to take it with the
1st pick (weather it's him or not). QB's you need to pan out and chances
are that they won't be lucky enough to get one in the later rounds to
pan out. However other positions can easily be filled in from later
round picks)

what other QB's are coming out this year because i would rather see the
lions take them over him anyday. i just don't think that guy will make
it in the league. i wouldn't be surprised if they passed on a QB
completely.

Did anybody else notice that Ayoob's name backwards is BOOYA!!!!!
Sorry, just thought it was funny. I think there will be a QB from a
liiiiiiiiiiiiiittle school( something like East Podunk State) that will
make a huge impact next year. I didn't watch much college ball since
there was actually a little hope for my Niners. I think the next
Superstar RB will come out in Marshan Lynch( I think thats how ya spell
it) from Cal.

i heard he was pretty good but the lions should take a lineman or a
safety somewhere near the top. not with their first pick because i think
they can get good ones in lower rounds. jake long from michigan would be
nice but i don't know if he is coming out this year.

Troy Smith - Ohio State (Small 4 a QB, possible 2nd rounder depending on
which scouting report you follow)

they are all pretty good. how bout kolb from houston? i watched him
earlier against south carolina and he was lighting it up and has been
known to do that quite often.

you're right sluggo. i don't know how the lions can pass on any of those
guys for their first pick. they have some good ones there and they can
get a back, safety and a couple linemen if there are any good ones this
year

Yeah, dude, Kolb looked hella good. I think hella QBs are gonna make a
big jump after the bowl games.

Well, If you're willing to settle for Kolb you can wait for the 3rd or
the 4th round and grab Joe Thomas (the OT from Wisconson), who is
considered the best "Football Player" in the draft ..or maybe Adrian
Peterson or Calvin Jackson...

Anyway it goes the Lions should be able to walk away with anyone they
want because there is no clear cut #1 like Bush should have been last
year....

a future all pro tackle would be nice to have considering the number of
times that kitna was pressured and sacked this season.
i just saw that marshawn lynch just declared for the draft.

Lynch is gonna be a BAAAAAADDDDD MAN!!!!

Calvin Johnson (WR) from Georgia Tech will be a top ten pick. He's like
6'6 225 and supposedly run a 4.3

I hope the Niners trade up and get him.
