If he wants it to be private and open to a select few, that is his right, but he should state it as thus. But as it stands, it is open to the public, therefore.................................. his wanting to mute "freedom of speech" individuals from epressing their concern is wrong. I would like to know if this website is run in the USA or another country. That would explain to me his reasoning. Just like the restaurant that refused to serve a Muslim, that restaurant is open to serving the public! That place should be heavily fined and/or shut down. Mark may have good intentions (and I am sure he does), but he certainly does not know how to relate what he is attempting to accomplish. Lindyy |

Why this reversion always to "right or wrong"? If I believe something is right or wrong and I want to speak my mind, I will...I dont have to "prove" what Im saying...this isn't a court of law, no one is going to jail.... let me speak my peace, you dont like it,,,fine...seek like-minded individuals and hangout with them and let me hang out with mine without assasinnating my character... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- symbelmyne ..... Expressing an opinion is part of what this site is all about. However, sometimes one does have to give some proof of what one is posting, even though you are correct in your analogy that this is not a court of law. It is disingenuous to cut/paste something and start a thread/post it as being absolute truth. Once someone does that he/she has the obligation to cite other sources attesting what is being posted is fact. |
