I used a paint program , I did that one with Corel Painter Essentials , its just paint and blending , no special effects in that one , I have three awesome progams for painting now an I REALLY REAAAAAALLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYY want to get into some video editing and I'd like to do some animation stuff to , I can do a tiny bit of animating , I just dont get to spend the time on it that I would like to , otherwise I'd have a movie out by now.....

I just painted over the car an the fence in the background I can change it into anything I like ..... I HAVE THE POWER !!!

i see then the blurring is done when you painted over the photo background. it turned out very well. (purple clearly drunk with power )
