Just an observation, should these prayer request threads be held in their own forum or the religion chat forum. Like I said just an observation.

Not in religion... They get ignored in there I have notice! They need to be out in general where everyone can see them! Either that or their own catagory glued at the top of everything in here... That way they arent ignored! They are important and need to be noticed!

Never mentioned the word bothered, I stated my observation and I asked the question. 12 pages worth of members don't really seem to be bothered?

I am trying to be diplomatically correct in my response. I think it should remain in the religion forum, if it gets ignored there where people freely and want to discuss religion, I am truly sorry. Maybe it should have it's own forum. As for it being on top of everything else, that serves no purpose, as what is important to one individual is not important to another, who would be right? I agree they are important, especially to the person posting it but still feel they should have their own forum. I freely and daily try to share positive inspirations, thoughts and vibes. If it makes you feel better, yes I will pray for you and/or anyone. Just dont think the general forum is the proper place for it. jmo Not in religion... They get ignored in there I have notice! there is lots of prayer threads, it doesnt bother me there in the general discussion thread at all, but theres no harm in making a seperate thread for prayer threads , if thats what everyone agrees on. for me either way it doesnt matter.

Let me give an example... If you were deathly ill, or had been in an accident, or something has gone wrong for you... YES- YOU THAT ARE READING THIS... Put yourself in this position. Would you not need or want well wishes (or prayers for those that believe)? Dont make this a religion issue to fight over. Theres enough of that going on allready. We all have something happen in or around us that needs to be noticed and helped with. You have every right to not read and ignore what you want. No one is forcing you to read anything. But our fellow humane beings are important to me, and so is wishing them well... JMO

If what you want is someone to share their good wishes so be it, I am not judging a soul. My observation still stands, if what you are looking for is positive reflection, good wishes, prayers, et al, still think it should be in it's own forum. That's what "GENERAL" is for... What is the big deal??? Do you read Every single thread? I hope not, if so a person has more problems then where a little bit of group support is directed. Normally they only last a couple days... Snuggles is different & she is one of us & has been for along time. ((((((((((((((((((((((( )))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Show some Dontcha know for negative thoughts you should try to think of 2 positive ones... Peace

Never once did I ever mention nor state there this was a big deal, I did post it was my observation and I had a question so I asked it. 2 - Do you read Every single thread? whether or not I read every single thread is neither here nor there, nor should it be rationalized with a response. 3 - I hope not, if so a person has more problems then where a little bit of group support is directed. People should refrain from judgments and thinking they know more than they do. You either decided to take my question and observation personally when it was never directed at anyone in particular, or you wanted to feel as though you were coming to the aid of another member. Not necessary, I never disrespected anyone. 4 - Normally they only last a couple days... I thought I was entitled to ask or post my opinion as most others do here, didnt know it was a different set of rules for everyone. Snuggles is different & she is one of us & has been for along time. Never, not once did I say it was wrong I just expressed my opinion. I am not one to stand in the way of making anyone feel better, supportive, inspired or positive. If it works for you, great. ((((((((((((((((((((((( )))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Show some I have heart and it may be bigger than others. Dontcha know for negative thoughts you should try to think of 2 positive ones...
