It's a little worrisome to me that there's those that think you owe them something for just looking.

Which is fine, except that there are the same group pf 7 or 8 who feel the need to observe the patient every single day, sometimes multiple times per day, and still never say anything. I just find that inexplicable. Lex... I can totally understand why people look at your profile.  I do all the time, as it's like a blog, and so well written. I just went and looked at it... hahahaha.  I think at times people like to see pictures, or see if things have changed... If people look at mine more than once, I say, "Oh well". It's there, feel free. It is a compliment more than anything. |

I just figure something sparked an interest (not neccessarily romantic), then when they saw the bigger picture, the spark was gone. I don't cruise profiles, I look at some people who post here just to get a better idea of where they are coming from, or if I'm attracted in some way to them, or if someone contacts me. I figure others do the same thing! Don't take it personally. Just enjoy the contacts that are made!

Why does everyone who looks at another's profile have to say something.....? What should we say... "Oh hey I looked at your profile, but I'm not interested because.... (insert uselessly hurtful comment here).... Profiles are like products on the shelf. People can take it down and read the nutrition information or whatever, and put it back. No questions asked. There are there for the reading and there is no requirement that says you have to comment. good analogy.....couldn't have said it better. Lettum peek. |

Lex... I can totally understand why people look at your profile. I do all the time, as it's like a blog, and so well written. I just went and looked at it... hahahaha. And that's fine, but you have never been reluctant to talk to me about my profile, or anything else, for that matter. There's communication going on, which I (initially, at least!) assumed was the purpose of the site, and that works here because you never hesitated to say something. I've been busy with a couple of things off-site, and I haven't been here as much; meaning that I really haven't changed my profile much at all in the past month. Maybe twice. And still, the Cadre of Silent Lookers (CSL) performs their daily ritual. But why? Why? WHY? I think at times people like to see pictures, or see if things have changed... If people look at mine more than once, I say, "Oh well". It's there, feel free. It is a compliment more than anything. I'm a little more obtuse. I like my compliments obvious, and in writing, preferably in triplicate. |

At least I'll be sitting outside tearing out pages of Harlequin romance novels with my bags of Arby's coupons.... waving hello and drinking my Pepsi in my t-shirt... Maybe trying to mime my way through your force field? Minus the black and white make-up though... I'm not looking to get arrested.

DITTO I look due to something they have said in the forums that caught my eye or times because they looked at mine no biggie shshshhshshs Maybe they said something that interested me so I read there profile to find out more about them nothing else........It has not a darn thing to do if I like them or not. I just like to know more about the person themselves nothing else at the moment. Be glad you even caught anyone's attention!!
