i wish i had that will power to quit... i've been over the "three day hump" tons of times.. but i keep using stress as an excuse to keep lighting back up

Wouldn't it be great if you could order Life, with an elastic band?

I think it's particularaly bad for me, cause I smoke menthols... and it's more like I'm addicted to the menthol, then the cig... cause a non-menthol just doesn't do it for me anymore, and I started on Camel 99's.

I think I just like the (K) sound...

well its a longer cigarette, but its also a longer filter, so the cigarette isnt really stronger unless you cut the filter... even then it still takes a long time to smoke... but you can always cut it... lol there are ups and downs to smoking 100's

I know its very hard to quit as I use to smoke... Somehow i managed to quit, "cold turkey". I have no idea that I could be that strong and its been way over a year now and I have not touched one cigarette.

My oldest son smokes, and he starts and stops and I wish that he would quit for good I am so afraid of losing him from what may be his outcome someday if he does not quit.

I cant even stand the smell anymore, not on my body, my clothes, and I have to come home and remove my clothes and into the laundry they go and then I shower, when I come back from someones place that smokes.

I wish you luck with kicking the habit.....
