Okay so if i offend anybody with this post i appoligize i just have to ask. I work in a grocerie store as a cashier. Tonight and a couple nights ago these same people came in to get groceries. They arn't from the US. There were like 4 or 5 of them. None can speek hardly any english. They all paid with food stamps. Some of them had two different orders but paid with the same card. Why is it that they can come over to our country and get all of the help that they need from our goverment when we have kids and other people starving in our country. Might i also add that they were dressed quite well. Well i guess that's all just had to ask and vent!

I work at a hospital and see the same things. But I'm still getting harassed for medical bills I incurred when I was unemployed and poor.

Because in Oregon(at least) its illegal for the government to ask for prof of citizenship before any social services are rendered. Bull ****, I say go home if your not there

It's also our politicians have placed the well-being of those NOT of this country ahead of its own citizens. Their rush for "globalization" and greed at the hands of special interest groups has led them to ignore the single most important constituent they should be paying attention to- the American citizen, who pays the taxes that keep them in office. And I have to laugh when these pompous politicos and pundits scratch their heads as to why we're in a "recession" at present.

It's messed up to assume that just because someone's speaking another language means they're illegal aliens or something. Also, not everyone that dresses nice is rich... sometimes bad things happen and people get down on their luck and need a helping hand. Try visiting a shelter or a food donation center sometime, you might be surprised at what type of people show up and why they're actually there.

It's a crime! It amazes me that this country will sit back and be invaded, but evidently the "big money" is making a profit from the illegal infiltration and so it is not stopped. And, unfortunately, the candidates that remain are ALL very weak. It is going to get worse before it gets better. It won't be long before this site is named, "opinión justa hola"

We had "forigners" (sp) that worked there as well. Then the company decided to contract out putting new energy efficent lighting in. Well guess who got the contract? Nobody american. They couldn't speak nor read English. Do not enter signs up while female janitors were cleaning walk right in and take a piss. Now if that was one of the workers for the company out the door they would of went. Up in highlifts with no safety belt on. Again if that was one of the worker out the door they would of went. Finally our Union stepped in and had them booted out the door. I just don't get it!
