Most people look at their current state of affairs and they say "This is who I am". That's not who you are. That's who you were. Let's say for instance that you don't have enough money in your bank account, or you don't have the relationship that you want, or your health and fitness aren't up to par. That's not who you are; that's the residual outcome of your past thoughts and actions. So we're constantly living in this residual, if you will, of the thoughts and actions we've taken in the past. So, does this mean we should change our thoughts? If not, are we dooming ourselves to have nothing more than than the same in the future?

"all that we are is a result of what we have thought."

I am what I am, I am the sum total of who I choose to be at any given time...
I am not defined by my car, the house I live in, the clothes I wear, nor the job I do.

I am the life breath of wind, I am the salt in the ocean, I am all the elements of this earth, and yet I am none.

I am pure consciousness, experiencing the human condition... I am great love and compassion, in a human suit. bigsmile
