The Independents will decide the election, and the Democrats lost due to lack of knowledge on the issues.

I would vote for POWELL, But I'll never vote for a candidate simply because they are a woman or black.

Stupidity at the Polls is what got us to the point where we are at now.
I do not want to sink further into the depths of ruin. At least MCcain is a proven American Patriot and has a clue!

Obama never says anything and Hillary is a corporate puppet!
Don't let the ignorance of Democrats voting solely on making history **** us all for history's sake!!!

Nope, I hope we havent become that ignorant as a nation!!

McCain has a clue? If flip-flopping all over the place and retracting your previous statements is having a clue.

huh huh huh huh huh

the man is a rino and votes with you guys more than us, and because he shares some of your beliefs or is at least willing to comprimise his on the bases of helping america , he's now a flip flop king? come on man, tell the truth you liked it when he voted for your side, now your down on him because he's a republican running for president.

I respect the fact he's a vet and went through imprisonment at the hands of an enemy.

But he votes more for Bush policies than not.

He was right on the surge, I'll give him that.

I was referring to his recent statements backing off on his 100-year presence in Iraq comment.

If the man's running for President, he should at least try to be consistent.

FANTA!!!!!! zup....

so yeah, consistant if running for president, lesson learn from kerry?

I think the 100yr comment was a more tongue in cheek thing personally.... I mean he knows the history of the region, warring since before 400bc. so saying 100yrs is small in amount of time considering.

but if thats his biggest knock then i guess your voting for mccain over obama.

I'll give even a Republican his or her due if they make sense.

Like the Republicans who voted for the transportation bill here in Minnesota, thus overriding the Governor's veto.

That took courage.

But, as they say, no good deed goes unpunished as they were stripped of leadership positions.

You can read more about it in the Worthington Daily Globe link.

Here is something else about Obama

Rev. Jeremiah Wright has been Barack Obama’s minister, friend, and sounding board for more than two decades. The Rev. Wright is known for his rhetoric claiming America deserved 9/11 and that it is payback for America's violent policies. Four years later, Wright suggested that the 9/11 and other terrorist attacks were retribution for America’s racism. The Rev. Wright also declared that America keeps ignoring black concerns.

Rev. Wright is a key supporter of Louis Farrakhan, and in December, honored the Nation of Islam leader for lifetime achievement. Farrakhan repeatedly makes hate-filled statements targeting Jews, whites, America, and homosexuals.

To this day, Obama has not distanced himself from Rev. Wright’s comments. In a statement supposedly issued to address the matter, Obama ignored the point that his minister and friend had spoken adoringly of Farrakhan and that Wright’s church was behind the award to the Nation of Islam leader.

Do we really want a man for president who aligns himself with people who are anti-American. Why Obama refuses to salute the Ameican flag.

Obama's wife has proven she is a racist akin to Farrakhan. Look at her remark that she was never proud of the the USA in her life until her husband ran for president. And we can also look at her racist thesis from her college days. And ... well, you get the point.

What do we know about Obama? Stories abound that he was raised in a terrorist-Muslim cult and that he renounced his Muslim faith to become a Christian so he would do well in politics.

During Obama's Senate career.... where has he been? Well, we know he has not been doing the work of the Senate since he has been too busy campaigning to become president. However, considering his record in the Senate, that is probably a good thing.

Obama skipped 17 percent of the votes in the Senate and sponsored only one bill that became law. That bill was to give help to The Republic of Congo. All that time in the Senate and only one bill and it didn't help Americans?

Obama wants to pull out of Iraq immediately. If we were to leave Iraq quickly, as Obama vows, it would become a launch pad for al-Qaida attacks on the U.S.

Obama avoided voting on extending the "Protect America Act," thus putting America at risk when immediate interception of terrorist communications is required. Last August, Obama voted against a measure that would have allowed the U.S. to continue to monitor overseas conversations of terrorists like Osama bin Laden without first obtaining a warrant. If Obama's radical vote had prevailed, bin Laden would have been given the same rights as Americans.

Incidentally, Obama is critical of Hillary since she will not release info related to her tenure as First Lady. However, Obama will not sign the necessary documents to release the same for his time in the Illinois State Senate.

I could go on and on, but I realize that people do not want to read posts that turn into epics.

1. U.S. apologizes to Al Quida for putting twin towers in the path of airplanes piloted by their heros and agrees to pay billions in damages to their families.

2. Thousands jailed for refusing to pay for Mandatory Health Insurance. All their assets are siezed by the government.

3. Economy crashed as people with income above $45,000 per year are taxed out of existence.

4. Social Security System colapses completely as 50 million illegal aliens apply for and recieve benefits.

5. Americans forced to become bilingual. Official languages are Spanish and Farsi.

I can hardly wait for Obama to get that WAR stopped and shut down all the KHAZAR money changers!!!

Smo...... It is not going to happen. The Democrats are going to implode thanks to Hillary and Obama attacking each other. Another point is once Nader gets into the race, votes will be pulled from the Democratic nominee. Therefore, it is natural to conclude John McCain will be our next president, thanks to Ralph Nader and the inner fighting within the Democratic Party.

This just gave me another interesting thoughtlaugh laugh laugh laugh If Nader runs then it will be between Obama, McCain and Nader, and to me this means that actually it will be a new ball game, it would be a race between Obama and Nader only, because I don't really believe McCain has won anything, too much rigging going on , and hopefully the cheaters are going to get caught . Everybody already knows who I think the cheaters ARE!!!

Nader hasn't a chance. The only thing he will do is divert votes from the Democratics and help McCain win.
