It does, But I always seem to put a smile on my face and make the best

Shag, 70 lbs. in 7 months???!!!! Just remember, you'll gain 70 lbs. in 2
months if you're not careful. I know all about weight control as I've
been on a diet since I was born. Eat lots of veggies, a tablespoon of
dip, and chase it down with lots of diet Coke. You'll be so gaseous you
won't even want the eggnog and cheesecake. HOHOHO!

And, if you don't want to be lonely, buy a terrier. If you've ever had
one, you'll know what I mean. Perpetual motion!!

I have used weight watchers so I know the plan very well, 70 pounds is
actually not bad in 7 months, My Dr. said it isnt typical for someone to
loose that much weight but it was still done the correct way to where I
will not gain it back if I continue doing what I am doing, A couple days
of spluging will not hurt anything, but I will just have to bust my butt
at the gym a extra day or two.
The one thing I was always taught also, was if you deprive yourself to
much is when you will fall off the wagon and binge and then the chances
are real high you will gain more.
I have learned a life style change, this is not a diet.

Can I go and watch?????? smiles,,,,and giggles...and camera,lol

HAHA you bet, the more the people watch me at the gym the more
determination and motivation I have so the harder workout I do.

hahah I weigh myself every Monday and I always had a lot larger weight
loss if I had sex the night before, HAHA GO figure, But no sex latley or
good sex I would say so I guess it is back to the gym hahah
