I known this chick for like 7 yrs and we were good friends but I have not seen her in a year and all a sudden she appears and ask me to be her man..So I said yes, it just seem like right at the moment but now I regret it!I love being single...I try to tell her today that I don't trust myself to be faithful but then I started feeling bad and it didn't work, so we are still together..I don't know what to do ,well actually I do but its hard how do I break it off with her and still be good friends Help me!

Tell her that you like her, and value her companionship, but that you're used to being single. Tell her that you'd like to step it back down a bit, maybe do some things with a big group of others, and just chill and talk, and then see where it goes. Just keep it mostly friendly for a bit. If you find that you still don't want to be in a relationship then, tell her so.
