I believe that everyone should be given a chance. Only after he/she makes and rump of themselves then you say NO WAY. Maybe if more people looked beyond the outer shell we could find true happiness!!!

I think that we're generally hard wired to go for looks...it's a primal thing...

measure up to her snobby stardards.... people are too picky..

looks are not as important to me as personality and hygiene...good hygiene is a must...

When I'm looking at local Mutual Match candidates -- all I have to go on is the pic. Because the profiles are all 5 or 6 words long, so you can't find out anything about the person that way. And they never post in the forums, so you can't find out anything about the person that way. And they don't answer e-mails, so you can't find out anything about the person that way, either.

Given a choice, I would love to have an opportunity to know something more about these people. Because I have already been involved with way too many outwardly-attractive airheads; and they get boring so very, very quickly. I learned that I needed someone with substance and brains.

But you can't know about someone unless they're willing to give you the information. And 99% of the time here, at least for me, the pic is all I have to work with.

seriously, there are SO many cute girls out there but a lot of them have simply unbearable personalities.

I've found that although I generally don't take things further unless I find someone to be attractive, it's an absolute dealbreaker if a person has a poor personality. Regardless of how smokin they may be.

So you will just date "anyone"?
