I try to respond quickly. However things that are in my life in the here and now take priority. Developing something between two people takes time especially long distance and we seem to be living in a world where everyone wants McDonalds drive through fast.

I have to agree with Jura on this one. Life does have a priority over other venues. If I have a few minutes and think about it, I will contact the person of interest and inform them: still interested, etc.
I might lose 5 minutes but a positive response could be well worth it. |
