tears run down my face cause i miss you so much
you hurt me more than words could ever begin to express
i thought i was something special to you
but i guess i wasnt anything, now im just a mess

i trusted you, and gave you my heart
went against my better judgement because you seemed so real
now im just a confuzed woman as to what went wrong
do you really understand how you have made me feel

i toss and turn reliving the hurt once again
answers still have yet to be found
it just seems like im living someone else's life
especially now since you are no longer around

why... thats the only question i need answered
why play me for a fool and hurt me this way
i was honest and loyal, made you my world
please tell me what do you get out of these games that you play

but for now im just letting these tears fall
its just my way of cleansing my soul of you
but for now you'll be in my heart,not much i can do about that
but one of these days...you'll be gone from there too
