i'm really shy, lack self confidence, and sometimes worry that im not that great of a mom.... I am POSITIVE you are doing the best job you can ... as are we all .. kids don't come with a manual ... so hang in there ..

I'm thinking about quitting school cause I can't stand it. Oh noooooo....don't quit!!! I know it is a big bore and you would rather do something more fun, but think about the long run.....it will pay off. I know, I hear it all the time. I just can't hardly get motivated cause nothing about it interests me. I'm bored!

I am in the process of the production of instructional Videos for self care ... I want a copy! I was at 115% of quota for February Sales Lol I am not sure that you would be interested in the particular modality .. they will eventually be available on the web for podcast .. Why? Is it "geared" toward the fairer sex? Not at all , one is self massage , another on breathing and deep breathing and stretching , another on mediation.. I am a massage therapist and these are things that my clients are always asking me .. Then after these three are done I am going to teach a couples massage class , infant massage and pet massage for home use .. I am very interested Great if I can be of any assistance please feel free to shoot me an email .. I sometimes in the GEHC chat but a little disappointed that there is not dicussion on some of the topics I am interested in ..

ok i'll be open..... the dog in my picture is dead. I put her to sleep last...whenever...I was blue/sad/depressed...and I found this site....I joined and the awesome people, here, helped me through it...i didn't tell many...just got on here and found some laughter. She was 16 years old....
