I'd might buy a few pairs of shoes this year...so I would estimate about 40-50 dollars a year. I'm trying to save a little here and there for bills.

I usually spend about 40-50 on heels and sneakers, but when it comes to flip flops one can never have too many. I usually spend about 30-40 on flip flops

Maybe $50. I tend to find a couple pairs I like and just wear those until they decompose into their constituent atoms.
