does get out of hand, and moderators, help keep things running smooth,

Hi all,

The JustSayHi community has grown tremendously over the last four
months. We are very happy with the site and how the community has
grown. To help manage the community and make sure it is a fun and safe
place for everyone, we are thinking of appointing moderators.

Moderators would be given special abilities designed to keep things
pleasant for everyone. Some of the abilities a moderator would have
are:

- being able to move threads into a special moderator only area
- suspending a user's posting ability for a few days
- more visible/powerful REPORT ABUSE power

Moderators can be nominated by the community. Every so often, new
moderators will be chosen (perhaps every few months). We (Mike & I)
will make the choices of who becomes a moderator, but we will weigh the
community's views heavily in our decision making.

Moderators are not paid and it is totally voluntary.

We'd like to hear your opinions on moderators and if you would like to
nominate someone, you can do that here by messaging me directly.

well I have been here a long time reposting threads or altering and
reposting isn't anything new

I think he did it this way to save some ones feelings if they
did not get a vote,
and thoughtful too if you ask me...

he also aske to keep posting our opinion about this and who we think can
do this job, he also said we can email him, some people want to keep
their vote private, and is cool, but some people will like to voice
their opinion, I think!!

Silly boy, yeah I'm Granny to that sweet angel of mine and very proud of

Well personally rather than having my feelings hurt I'd like to thank
anyone who might have considered nominating me for NOT doing so. As much
as I like it here and wouldn't mind helping things grow and go smoother
it's not a responsibility I'd care to take on.
