Another cold grey day
The smell of winter in the air
Wishing for a little snow
Hoping it will make my words flow
His gentle laughter fills the air
Jokes tossed about this morning
Smiles filling our faces
He comes to me and hugs me without warning
A soft whisper

I whisper back

He blushes

On this cold winter day


** I sat here rying to write and it just wouldn't happen, I was growing
frustrated, I know the words are there but they just wouldn't flow,
until I got the hug and whispered words of love from my son this
morning.Its going to be ok now, I didn't lose the words :) **
