I was bored. this is the result. I figured since we still have alot of it I would use it..lol

Winter winds whip to and fro
Tossing and blowing powdery snow
Whistling through the trees
Chilling with its breeze

Glaring white
Under the pale moonlight
Cold perfection
Lasting through the night

Crystal flakes float and drift
Flying on the winds current
Everything turning white
Through the passing night

Clouds race across the sky
Moonlight filters through
Scattered stars slowly fade
As the sturdy birds
Begin their morning serenade.

The snowfall begins to slow
As dawns light begins an early glow

Fresh and white
From night to day
Snow blankets the earth
For a short time it will stay.

Till the sun moves high
On an ever lightening sky
Warmer winds will blow
Melting all the winter snow.

beautiful! but if you were living in missouri you may wish for sunshine.. bloddy snow, ice and hail for three weeks now..on and off. and more tomorrow.
