Should it be legal to use certain drugs, such as marijuana, cocaine, lsd, etc.? I personally feel marijuana should be legalized and controlled just the same as cigarettes and alcohol. Maybe have it at 21 like alcohol, but make it so the same laws that go with alcohol go with matrijuana.

well i think all so-called victim less crimes should be legal as to make them truly victim less and professional sports teams caught cheating should lose all playoff possibilities and 3 years of draft pick even those traded for in the past and the coach should be banned from coaching in the nfl and ncaa and high school

Now don't get em wrong, I dont think the harder stuff like cocaine or lsd should ever be legalized, but pot is a downer, it mellows you out like beer does, except it rarely (correctm e if I am wrong here) ever causes people to get violent. Yes it does still inhibit responsible thinking and reactions just like beer does, hence putting the same restraints on it as you do beer, but it is not a dangerous thing for people to use.

It is bad enough with drivers being drunk and I sure do not like the idea of a pilot using some nose candy before trying to land that jumbo jet.
