You have a tough choice to make. Either you let your brother take anything of yours that he wants from here on out OR you stand up for yourself and get away from his abuse.
Any future partner in their right mind would insist on it before even considerering dateing you.
You don't say if you live seperate or not but it would be a real good reason to take what is yours and get out on your own. If someone was stealing anything from me that would be all the reason I would have to have to refuse to live with them. Sounds harsh but anyone who allowed me to be robbed would be in the same boat. It is possible your brother has been allowed this behavior, or his behavior is out of control and no one knows how to stop him but, you have a lot better chance at an address you don't share. Even better if he doesn't know where it is.
Since there is always two sides to every story you need to make it clear to your brother whatever the past chapters were your future chapter is the truck, which is probably key to your financial future, it is off limits. Change the locks or install an alarm system, even a club lock; so it is clear to anyone that holding keys is not permission for use or possession. You have a right to establish boundries.
It might not be easy. Sounds like your brother at least believes he has an entitlement to your vehical. I would make sure it is insured well or if it is financed I would get it paid off.
