What would you do if someone kept calling you and saying nothing, just breathing. They call you a few times a day just doing the same thing.

technically, that is illegal...threatening phone calls. As for me, I teach them a lesson, I breathe back. Get their # off my caller ID and use it against them

I'ld say very awful things to them in the phone most of wich are not allowed to be said on these forums so I won't say them..

I use one of those air horns like used at basketball games...kinda gets their attention.

Call the phone company. They can set up a observation system on your phone calls. YOU can't get the results but the police can and they can use it to press charges. It's free, or at least it is here in the midwest.

I have an idea of who it is and this guy is psycho. I wish I had long distance so I could call back and cuss him out (nah I wouldn't do that)
