How come whenever I post fish or seafood recipes in the food forums here none of the JSH people respond? Is it that everyone on here hates Seafood?/?????

I devour dead fish on a daily basis.

seafood is a touchy subject... It is quite possilby some of the best food out their but also some of the easiest food to butcher.... plus alot of people just don't like seafood

Heh heh.
Seafood is pretty good. I like going out and having this really spicy seafood soup at Korea House and if I could spell the darn thing I would but here's a shot: Champung...but yeah, its really good. It has all kinds of seafood and noodles and it is super spicy. So, here's one girl that likes her fish. |

no, i catch salmon on a season basis, in fact i thawed some out tonight. man, next season i'll bring you some, we get too many to eat, do you know how to poach salmon? i hear that's the best.
