Who on this site isn't desparate to be with a mate? I try not to "look desperate" so as not to scare people away, but I am as desperate as I've ever been. I could live alone, but I'd rather have the right woman's companionship.

I know I'm not desperate. There are times I wish I did have someone. But I don't want to feel trapped in a relationship (I get that if I know I'm not with the right guy...and I've only dated two). I love my independence right now.

I'm not deperate, but I am very selective, since I was already married, don't won't to make that mistake twice, so I carefully look everything over, when the time comes , it comes.

Its not the fact that someone is desperate per se it the fact that some are extremly tired of bein lonely. It is really hard for a guy like me to find a woman that is willing to accept the fact that i am a Cowboy Wiccan so i have spent more lonely night then i can count on top of the fact that i am in Iraq.... Desperation isnt always the key factor...just my opinion.

I'd hate to think that others see us as desperate. At the moment I see it as a great, relaxing way to meet new people. And just think....you don't have to get dressed up to do it! Now I just have to figure out how this site really works. Enjoy!

I'm not desperate for a mate. I'd like someone to spend time with and get to know, go out with, but, I like my privacy and alone time too. Sometimes I think about dying alone. Thats a downer. If I meet someone and its right, I'd go for it. Only for love. Otherwise, not actively seeking a mate.

I just want to have a best friend,lover and sole mate who is willing to have some kids with me and be happy to the end of our days..........But in tell then I need some thing.
