better now... made some mint herbal tea since i was unable to motivate myself to go get some coffee from starbuck's... and now i am having a few chocolate chip cookies for breakfast

well I got up this morning & watched ed young & joel osteen.we have a church but are ready to switch  ,the weather is bad here today so I'm staying in as the thunder rolls...

bit of a drive for coffee... starbuck's isn't even a mile away and i don't have the motivation to go there but wonderful offer
