Then I would have to choose street smarts (common Sense) because if you don't have street smarts (common sense) the books will do you no good because you won't know what to do with what you learn from the books.
Books might tell you to take a nail and a hammer and hit the nail on the head, while holding it in place. But with street smarts (common sense) you also know to move your fingers at the same time or you will smash your fingers |

I don't believe street smarts and common sense are even close to being the same thing! Do you know what street life is about, do you know how to survive among the type of people you find in our prisons all over this country. Many have common sense, and know that- because they are still alive, they have street smarts!

Street... Book Smarts might make YOU "feel smart" (but you're not)....we've got 1...maybe 12 up on you....

Be nice to just go through life having people tell you what to do next, and being able to just do it with ease and achieve what you want. Instead of struggling through life on your own trying to figure out how to survive.
