I am going on a salad diet to drop some weight. WHAT DO YOU PUT IN YOUR SALADS NOW-A-DAYS?(Thanks for your reply.)

My salads usually consist of the entire contents of the fridge...dont think they are very healthy lol.

Using lettuce in an appetite suppressing role can be useful...that's where it comes in handy that it has no nutritional value. It should only be used as part of a switch to eating less calories and healthier food, though, not as a substitute for wholesome nutritious food. |

Hamburger meat, cheese, tomatos, refried beans, tortilla chips, sour cream, guacamole, and lotsa hot sauce.

All brightly colored veggies as well as dark green lettuces. And spinach. Very little dressing and dried fruit or fresh. A little egg and fresh thawed frozen peas. A sprinkling of sunflower seeds and voila' salad. mmmmm mmmm mmmmm.
