The best way to lose weight and stay healthy is to walk...walk...walk.

I did it years ago. I started out doing 1 mile a day then twice a day. Then I did two then three miles twice a day. In three months time I had lost from a pant size of 12 to a seven. No diet. I walked 6 miles a day in two phases. I never felt so good. I not only lost size but it re distributed all over and I looked totally different.

I am planning on doing that again as soon as it warms up again.

I walk in the mornings and work out in the evenings.
that and eating right hopefully will get me where I wanna be :wink:

yep 5-6 portioned meals aday, cardio, and a nice weight training routine will help speed up your metabloism and help you shed off that body fat.

if anyone has any questions concerning diet or routine feel free to shoot me an email. i would love to see everyones progress, and i would be happy to share my before and after photos when i diet down for a show..

With a job....eating like that (5 or 6 proportioned meals ia out.)I do good to eat one meal a day. Don't lose a pound either. My body thinks it is starving....so I stay fat.
