It gets a little old after the first 10 or so times :)

Yea I get massages twice a week anyway, does tend to get old.laugh

I feel for youlaugh

Well I kinda need them because I get really bad muscle spasms and the massages do seem to help. I just hate having to be available at a certain time at my own home or I don't get the massage.

My folks took a week break from that weather you're getting to go to Mexico. It was the coldest trip to Mexico they've had. But still a lot better than what Idaho was getting hit with at the time.

Sick? I must missed that bit. Well, Alcohol was good when I had food poisoning, but that's because it kills the bacteria in the stomach causing the problems.

Now when I had the stomach flu, it I could only keep water down. Nothing else. Not even crackers.

Other times, when I'm having stomach troubles due to sinus problems draining into stomach, bread or soda crackers and water help.

I would think that would also help if medication based tummy trouble.

I know people recommend the clear soda's when having an upset tummy, but I don't get it. The carbonation makes it worse for me.

Okay, when I get migraines, heat makes me feel even sicker. Sometimes, I've found that letting myself get sick actually helps the migraine. I just don't get it.

If the crackers don't help. Sometimes I just get into a really hot shower and let it help me get sick.

Now if the crackers do help settle the stomach, I just go sit in the cold basement and get on the computer because cold really helps my migraines.

Now if heat helps you out, use the crackers or plain bread to settle your tummy and turn up the heat, bundle up, or do whatever you need to get warm.

Migraines are so funny that way. You have to do so many little things to tailor your treatment to yourself.

Yea migraines are funny that way. I really have to watch them tho, as far as how long they last and watch the exact symptoms because I also have a condition that makes spinal fluids build around my brain, so I have a tube in my head that drains the excess out and headaches/nausea (symptoms of a migraine) are also symptoms that the tube is not doing its job.
