The Deland/Deltona area is also cheaper and closer to the big cities with out being a big city. In my little area we have at least 3 super walmarts. Don't ask me why it makes no sense. my sister lives in Deland and my brother and dad live in Debary..its nice, but i have to say compaired to 10yrs ago..its growing too..not as fast as south fla, but getting there

Flagler county, Palm Coast has lower taxes than in Ormond i lived in palm coast. well, actually, hammock. do you know where the hardware store is on US1?, right next to newcastle marina on the intracoastal. i lived in a house behind the store. i loved it. |
