When ever i get a chance to be with someone who is really attractive, i get cold feet. I compare myself to other women who are younger and prettier and wonder why the guy I am with is not with them. I don't even give myself a chance, what the hell is wrong with me? Especially since i have gotton into my 50's. I figure what the hell, they are going to leave me anyway, so why begin the battle again.

why does everything have to be about looks? Find a guy who you are into on a mental/emotional level and who is into you in the same way.

I find that one has to believe in themselves. If we come across as anything else.....well lets just say if we don't like ourself... well no one else will either. Got to have the right outlook on life.

I'm sure you have alot more to offer than those that you are comparing your self to. Stop doubting yourself, and realize that you do look great, and you have alot to offer. |

Just go on your date, get him drunk, and have your way with him. That way, you at least get something for your trouble. |

Gee sounds like me alittle, thinking that when I am dating someone , why are they with me, when they could have someone else, and eventually I turned that doubt all around the be positive thinking, and had a good relationship. Be happy with whom you are with.
(Now our time is up here, go see the secretarty to make another appointment and pay her as u leave, lol ) |

You look great in your pics. I'm sure you have alot more to offer than those that you are comparing your self to. Stop doubting yourself, and realize that you do look great, and you have alot to offer. I have to agree with this but I would also say to use your heart to determine whether or not the other person is into you. All too often your head can over analyze the situation and cause those cold feet. I am betting you have the same personality type as I do and I quite often have to stop analyzing the situation and take a heart check. But anyway, be yourself because you are who you are and trust that GOD will bring you to the one for you if you are willing to open the door and take the chance. Just my two cents. |
