I guess 5 minutes of face to face chatting would equal up to 30 minutes of chatting online. At least face to face you could tell if they had bad breath

I would like to try it but I don't know of anyplace around me that does it. I think I can handle talking to someone for 5 min. Just think if u didn't like the person, you don't have to waste a whole date just 5 min. However if u find someone interesting, well that 5 min could turn into a really good date.

I guess it would give you an easy way out if you didn't like someone. All you would have lost is 5 minutes of time instead of a whole night.

One of the best speed-dating sessions was done by the Comedian/Magician combo Penn and Teller. Penn Spoke on Teller's behalf because Teller doesn't talk and he said an incredible amount of things about Teller in 2.5 minutes while Teller pulled props out of his suit to illustrate points. It was awesome.
