Liked your honesty in your profile.
As for the sleep thing, I go until I'm just worn out, then it is eazy to
go to sleep.

i like what i've seen from your personality so far steph.

i've had insomnia off and on for years. iwent two yrs. one time only
sleeping an hour or so every three or four days . but i was hardly ever
tired for the most part. i worked construction for anywhere between 8-10
hrs. a day come home, clean up, time with the girl friend, but every
time it got dark i would catch like a second wind....it was strange to
say the least...oh yeah no drugs either

We were expecting tropical storm Ernesto (downgraded from Hurricane) to
come through last night, and we actually got drenching rain and heavy
wind.

I sleep really good in the rain...so for the first time in WEEKS, I
enjoyed my sleep. Until a friend woke me up with the damned phone, that
is...

I usually have no problems sleeping, maybe shut off your TV...that might
help. I always shut off my cell phone too because my drunk friends call
me at 2 am..that gets old real fast.
Maybe talk to your doctor...they have a lot of sleeping pills out now
that are not addicting. I don't know how you feel about taking pills but
sometimes, people take them for a few weeks and that will do the
trick...happy sleeping :)

HAHAHAHAH, my stupid friends do that shit to me too. But I always get
them back. I wait until I know they are with their girlfriend or
something and then call them like right when I know they are boning or
w/e.

going to "bone" your girlfriends? HMMM do all guys do this?? You are a

Well, I generally know, because when they leave the bar, it's sort of a
forgone conclusion. So I guess they don't *literally* tell me they are
going home to fuck, but you know, it's pretty obvious.

Steph, I like on of the others had a real hard time sleeping at night.
The solution was to get a 3rd shift job. I sleep like a baby during the
early morning hours normally without any help. But a first shift job
nearly killed me as I would work hard all day then do the farm work
shower and go to bed and lay there all night or until I got tired of
laying there long enough and got up and went to the living room to watch
tv. I have went 2 weeks without ANY sleep. My problem is I start falling
aslpeep as the sun come up and sleep best between 4am-12noon. Not all of
us are natural day shifters. Like I have been up all night this part
night working on getting this vine order out(just taking a break right
now). I was up at 6am yesterday. I did not even get sleepy until the
morning light started showing in the sky. Now I am having a hard time
fighting sleep as I took a hot shower to releave muscle spasms in my
lower back. My youngest daughter should be getting up any minute now and
it will be atleast 4pm before I can lay down. So try to get some good
quality sleep at different times of the day on the weekends and see if
you are just on the wrong shift for your natural sleep habits. Like
another said there are non habit forming sleeping pills now. I had to
try a couple before find one that would work.

soda ,food , and the time you spend in frount of the t.v and the
computer ,
2 when you do sleep what is it like , do you wake up tired , rested,
akes and pains how long do you sleep for min , hrs , what do you type of
sleeping garmets do you use some or to tight , or even to lose , then go

My husband has a terrible time sleeping. The docter put him on some kind
of meds to help him sleep, but he still has problems.

Stephanie, i suffer from sleep depravation daily. I have a few ideas. if
you use caffeen cut back and dont drink it a couple of hrs before bed,
drink 8-10 8 oz glasses of water a day if you smoke try not to a little
while before bed although i haven't been able to do so my self, try a
soft calm music that is relaxing, and just keep trying things to make
your self as comforable as possible. For me most of these things are
imposible because of my injurys, which is basicly my entire spine and
even with the strong pain meds my doctor has me on I spend about 5hrs
just trying to get to sleep for the coupel of hrs that i get a night and
some times I dont sleep. Any way best of luck
