Topic: hot showers.

Why do they make you feel so good. I was having a really bad night, my ex way trying to make me feel crappy because I wasn't say what he wanted me to, and just.. absolutely tearing me apart. I felt so crappy, and I was bawling my eyes out, then I had a nice hot long shower, and all the negative feelings just went away, and it made me feel so good. Why is that?.. like, really.

always feels good to wash away negative feelings. they tend to reduce stress as well.
