Am I the only one that friggin hates Valentines Day? Why do we have to have a day that we have to drop a bunch of money to show someone you love them? And what about all the single people?

Valentines is too commercial. No one is trying to make anyone else feel bad. It's a personal opinion expressed by one person, and felt by many others. But, this society has made Valentines day such a big deal that if you are alone on valentines day, then you are for lack of better words, 'an outcast'. If you truely care about someone, you shouldn't show it on one day, but everyday.

I think valentines day has lost a real meaning,
and turned into more of a competition, more than anything.

this will be my first valentines day in 10 years that will be alone, kinda nice don't have drop couple hundred dollars buy flowers, and gifts jewelry, so i actually don't mind it

I absolutely HATE Valentines Day..I think it should be outlawed..Its just a day for people to spend money AND a reminder for people who are alone.."You ARE alone".

last Valentines day I went shopping and went gambling, won a bunch of money best one I've had yet
