I MADE THIS LAST NIGHT AT WORK FOR THE SPACIAL OF THE DAY"

EVERYONE WENT CRAZY" :)

LIGHTLY FLOWERD" POUNDED CHICKEN BRAEST WITH HERB BUTTER IN THE CENTER ROLLED UP & DIPPED IN TO AN EGG WASH & THEN ROLLED IN A MIX OF PEPPER BREADING OF FLOWER & CRAKER MEAL"

THEN I DEEP FRYED & COOKED HALF WAY, THEN PUT CHICKEN IN THE OVEN TO FINISH @350 FOR SEVEN MIN......

WHILE THE CHICKEN WAS COOKING I PREPED A WHITE WINE BUTTER GARLIC SAUCE TO GLAZE THE TOP OF THE BRAEST" & PLATED WITH TRI COLOR PASTA WITH A MIX OF THINLY SLICED BLACK OLIVE'S & HALF SLICED RED ONION FINISHED WITH BROCILLI FLORET'S" & LEMON WEDGE TOPPED WITH FRESH BASIL SPROT" :heart: drinker
