Soda is BAD for you...lol. I don't even drink it, haven't drank it in over 3 years.

Not to burst your bubble or anything, because that's still a good accomplishment and what have you, but generally when you lose that much in a short time, it's mostly water weight that you lose. This is because your body is dipping into its carbohydrate reserves, which are stored in water.
The real fat comes off more slowly, because it's twice as efficient an energy source as either carbs or protein. |

Also once I actually use it, lol, my metabolism is quite good. The last time I lost 145lbs in 8 months, the first 100 in just the first 5 months. I'm fully aware that it will slow down, and I'm more than willing to stick it out and work for it b/c I want it and I need to. Why is it everytime I have a happy post someone feels the need to try to bring me down? |

I don't plan on going overboard. I plan to lose a total of 50-70, but I'll take it one dress size at a time after 50 b/c thats where I was before...
