Hmmm Did they call you...or you call them. Somehow a person that calls me then tells me to "hold on" too often I figure doesn't value my time all that much. Not the greatest sign this person is going to be really courteous in the long run. It might sound like a little thing but it is the little things that can be telling.

Everytime I am on hold I just end up singing with the on HOLD music and then when the click back over I just ask them if they can put me on HOLD again pls there is a good song playing!!
