I think I'm going to go work out on the treadmill to unwind and a little. Although a hot bath with a book sounds more relaxing, working out is good too. What do you do to unwind?

In the summer nothing beats bombing down a sweet single track on the mountain bike with tunes from the iPod in the ears. During the winter skiing with the same tunes.
