Too much contraversy. How do I delete it? Plus someone supposedly reported a derogatory comment I supposedly made about a good friend here. How can I find out about it? I know I didnt post it & want to prove it to my friend.

I erased my part of it. I did email a mod but his profile says to put in on the help forum, so I did. I didnt think I would get somany ppl stirred up.

You will have to contact one of the moderators, or perhaps email Mike of Van to get it deleted. If the "derogatory" comment was that YOU are the sexiest lady on JSH, and your friend was only second, you were right

in my opinion,to post s thread about beauty..conserning a member here on jsh..or people in general would not be a consern for deletion..in fact i think that it is hightly commendable..everyone apreciates beauty in people..

what i think should be deleted is that persons post who made the accusation against you..
if you know that deep within yourself that no such remark was made on your part..then you have no need for reproach what so ever...

fight back the way i did..not with the words that i used of course..but you made a great post..kep it and fight for it..
i have learned from experience here on jsh..that some members want to cause trouble..

I agree. If one is quick to take offense at a post, then they are pretty insecure about themselves. Furthermore, some ppl are just in a rush to take offense, the victim syndrome. Don't delete the thread, and just keep posting them. I think it was a great idea, myself.

Actually, thats on Mikes profile, The Admins here are far too busy to deal with every forum topic, that is why we have moderators, to allow the Admins to work on the site. In the future, please contact a forum moderator.

Let me explain this further.

Forum posters make up a small percentage of JSH members. Please realize that the Admins are dealing with all kinds of abuse reports concerning email, profile issues, technical issues with members etc,as well as dealing with consultations from moderators, and making improvements to the site. I'm sure you all can imagine how busy they are.

A current list of moderators can be found at the top of the general discussion forum, We would prefer you all use the report abuse feature, this way we can handle issues much more efficiently.
