Kill them, or Hurt them, or just tell them that you want to talk about something else, or ask when they have so many complants...not sure if this runs through anyone's mind

Never had a complaining e-mail. What we put out in here is usually what we get back?

What do you think about people who only contact you when they have something to complain about? I would have a conern for them, but I would avoid them. I've never had people contact me only when they want to complain or anything, but I wouldn't put up with it.
